1. Patient Presentation
- A 75-year-old man presented to the hospital with progressive visual disturbances.
- An ophthalmologic examination revealed bitemporal hemianopsia.
- MRI was contraindicated, as the patient had a cardiac pacemaker.
- Contrast-enhanced CT of the brain was performed.
