    1. Patient presentation

    • A 75-year-old man presented to the hospital with progressive visual disturbances.
    • An ophthalmologic examination revealed bitemporal hemianopsia.
    • MRI was contraindicated, as the patient had a cardiac pacemaker.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the brain was performed.
