    • 76-year-old man was referred from a rural small hospital for sudden pulslessness of both
legs after having been found hanging over a bed grille. No further medical history was available at
      the time of referral.
    • Upon arrival a symmetrical pulse deficit was confirmed by ultrasound in both legs and a CT scan
      was performed.
