1. Patient presentation
- A 54-year-old man presented with left-sided sciatica.
- Magnetic resonance imaging of the lumbar spine revealed an inhomogeneous presacral mass. The
lesion appeared iso- to hyperechoic with ultrasonography. - Laboratory testing did not reveal any abnormalities.
- Contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen and pelvis was performed to further investigate the
mass.
