    • A 68-year-old man presented with mild epigastric pain, vomiting and weight loss, but no specific abnormality was found with standard laboratory tests.
    • Radiography did not provide evidence of dilated small bowel or air-fluid
    • Ultrasonography provided evidence of a possible pancreatic mass
