    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 48-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with hematuria.
    • Laboratory testing demonstrated low hemoglobin (6 g/dl), requiring a blood transfusion.
    • Clinical examination did not reveal any systemic disease.
    • Unenhanced and contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen was performed.
