    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 36-year-old woman presented with mild fever, malaise and joint pain.
    • Laboratory tests were normal.
    • Plain radiography of the chest revealed an opacity in the right lung, with perihilar
      calcifications.
    • CT of the lung was performed to characterize the lesion.
