1. Patient Presentation
- A 72-year-old man presented with hematuria but no abdominal pain.
- His medical history included recurrent bladder infections but otherwise was unremarkable.
- Ultrasonography suggested the presence of an unclear mass adjacent to the left kidney.
- For further diagnosis, the patient was referred for contrast-enhanced abdominal CT.
