    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 72-year-old man presented with hematuria but no abdominal pain.
    • His medical history included recurrent bladder infections but otherwise was unremarkable.
    • Ultrasonography suggested the presence of an unclear mass adjacent to the left kidney.
    • For further diagnosis, the patient was referred for contrast-enhanced abdominal CT.
