    • An 81-year-old man presented with abdominal pain and recurrent episodes of hematemesis that began 3 days before.
    • His medical history included diagnosis of an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
    • Contrast-enhanced MDCT of the abdomen and pelvis was performed to determine the cause of the symptoms.
