    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 40-year-old man reported mild fever, productive cough, loss of appetite, loss of weight and
      night sweats.
    • Laboratory testing revealed no abnormalities.
    • Chest radiography indicated diffuse bilateral pulmonary consolidation, more significant in the
      right upper lobe.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the chest was then performed for the differential diagnosis.
