1. Patient Presentation
- A 40-year-old man reported mild fever, productive cough, loss of appetite, loss of weight and
night sweats.
- Laboratory testing revealed no abnormalities.
- Chest radiography indicated diffuse bilateral pulmonary consolidation, more significant in the
right upper lobe.
- Contrast-enhanced CT of the chest was then performed for the differential diagnosis.
