    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 48-year-old man reported mild dyspnea and slight malaise.
    • Laboratory testing revealed mild anemia (hemoglobin, 12 mg/dl).
    • Thoracic radiography showed a pulmonary opacity in the right lower lobe.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the chest and abdomen was performed.
