    • A 67-year-old woman complained of palpitations associated with atypical chest pain.
    • Electrocardiography showed sinus rhythm without extrasystoles.
    • Echocardiography depicted a mobile 15-mm mass inside the left ventricle.
    • Dual-source computed tomography was performed for further evaluation.
