    • A 78-year-old woman presented with atypical chest pain.
    • Clinical examination was inconclusive, and cardiac enzymes were normal.
    • Chest radiography was negative.
    • Contrast-enhanced ECG-triggered CT angiography of the heart was performed to investigate the possibility of coronary artery disease.
