    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 37-year-old woman was brought to the emergency room approximately 1.5 hours after the acute
      onset of right-sided hemiplegia and aphasia.

    • Non-enhanced CT of the brain ruled out hemorrhage and did not show any abnormality.
    • Perfusion CT was performed.
