1. Patient presentation

  • A 62-year-old woman was brought to the emergency room approximately 1 hour after the acute
    onset of left-sided hemiplegia.

  • Non-enhanced CT of the brain did not show any abnormality.
  • CT angiography and perfusion CT were performed.
