    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 56-year-old man presented with recurrent episodes of upper abdominal pain in the right hypochondrium.
    • Abdominal ultrasonography suggested multiple liver lesions, compatible with secondary liver involvement by an unknown primary tumor.
    • Contrast-enhanced MDCT of the chest, abdomen and pelvis was performed in order to identify the primary cancer.
