1. Patient Presentation
- A 34-year-old woman with abdominal pain and progressive cachexia was examined in the emergency
room. - A mass was palpated in the right upper quadrant.
- Ultrasound revealed a large mass, and the patient was referred for triphasic liver CT.
- The patient had no history of liver cirrhosis, and laboratory results showed normal levels of
alpha-fetoprotein.
