A study from a Korean group assessed the visibility of the coronary arteries at CT angiography in children with Kawasaki disease. In children younger than 6 years of age the visibility of the left anterior descending and right coronary arteries was significantly lower than in older children, whereas the visibility of the circumflex artery was similar in the two groups.
