Acute abdominal bleeding after partial nephrectomy

1. Patient Presentation

• A 62-year-old woman with a history of right partial nephrectomy presented with clinical signs suggestive of active bleeding.
• The patient complained of severe abdominal pain radiating to the dorsal region, associated with sweating.
• In light of the suspected hemorrhagic condition, urgent CT angiography of the abdominal aorta was performed to confirm the presence of a possible aortic rupture.
• At the time of CT angiography, the patient had hypotension (90/55 mmHg) and marked tachycardia (105 bpm).
