PCD-CT in the diagnosis of Intrahepatic Cholangiocellular Carcinoma

    A 70-year-old female patient was referred for suspected cholangiocellular carcinoma workup. She presented with diffuse abdominal pain but no further clinical signs. The patient underwent an ultrasound examination in a different hospital that showed mild intrahepatic cholangiectasis. Subsequent MRI identified a 7-cm mass in the right liver lobe.
