    • A 53-year-old woman with stage IV ovarian cancer presented for routine contrast-enhanced whole-body CT, for new disease staging and to evaluate the response to therapy.

    • The diagnosis of cancer had been made two years before.

    • The patient was undergoing chemotherapy and was being regularly followed by the oncology department.
