1. Patient presentation
- A 36-year-old man presented with vague abdominal pain.
- Physical examination revealed an abdominal mass in the upper right quadrant.
- Abdominal ultrasonography revealed a cystic lesion in the right hepatic lobe.
- Contrast-enhanced abdominal CT was performed for further evaluation.
