    1. Patient presentation

    • A 36-year-old man presented with vague abdominal pain.
    • Physical examination revealed an abdominal mass in the upper right quadrant.
    • Abdominal ultrasonography revealed a cystic lesion in the right hepatic lobe.
    • Contrast-enhanced abdominal CT was performed for further evaluation.
