    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 60-year-old man with locally advanced lung cancer, currently under chemotherapy, presented with vague abdominal discomfort of recent onset.
    • The results of routine general blood tests were within normal limits.
    • Routine follow-up with contrast-enhanced whole-body CT was performed in order to reevaluate his oncologic condition.
