    1. Patient presentation

    • A 40-year-old, otherwise healthy woman experienced unwanted weight loss
    • Laboratory testing returned normal findings.
    • Abdominal ultrasonography revealed a slightly hyperechoic lesion with a hypoechoic rim in liver
      segment V.
    • Multiphasic contrast-enhanced CT of the liver was performed.
