    1. Patient presentation

    • A 25-year-old woman presented with unclear left-sided abdominal pain.
    • Her medical history included recurrent bladder infections but otherwise was unremarkable.
    • Ultrasonography suggested left-sided hydronephrosis.
    • For further diagnosis, the patient was referred for contrast-enhanced abdominal CT.
