    • A 48-year-old woman referred to our tertiary care hospital presented with a one-week history of jaundice, choluria and acholia and malaise. She was under follow-up surveillance due to a previously treated breast cancer.
    • Laboratory tests showed a moderate increase of bilirubin and liver enzymes. No data were available regarding tumoral markers.
    • CT of the abdomen and pelvis was performed to assess the biliopancreatic region and identify the cause of the biliary obstruction.
