1. Patient presentation
- A 64-year-old male patient initially presented with unclear abdominal pain and pulsating abdominal mass
- CT angiography of the abdominal aorta was performed and revealed a large abdominal aortic aneurysm involving the origin of the renal arteries (juxtarenal aneurysm) (Figures 1 a,b)
- Endovascular aortic repair with branched aortic stent-graft (BEVAR) was indicated and performed (Figure 2)
- Follow-up CT angiography of the abdominal aorta was performed 3 days after BEVAR as part of the standard follow-up protocol (Figures 3 a-e and 4)
