1. Patient Presentation
- A 11-year-old boy presented with a systolic murmur discovered during a routine examination at
school. - Echocardiography revealed stenoses of the 3 supra-aortic trunks, and suggested aortic
coarctation and thickening of the left ventricular wall. - Contrast-enhanced CT was performed to evaluate the entire aorta.
