    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 11-year-old boy presented with a systolic murmur discovered during a routine examination at
      school.

    • Echocardiography revealed stenoses of the 3 supra-aortic trunks, and suggested aortic
      coarctation and thickening of the left ventricular wall.

    • Contrast-enhanced CT was performed to evaluate the entire aorta.
