    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 69-year-old man presented with changes in bowel habit, abdominal pain, and lower gastrointestinal bleeding.
    • Colonoscopy detected a stenosing lesion at the sigmoid colon, highly suggestive of colon cancer.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT colonography was performed for further evaluation.
