1. Patient presentation
- An 11-year-old boy with an unremarkable medical history collapsed with cardiac arrest
during sport practice. - He was successfully resuscitated by immediate cardiac massage.
- Laboratory tests revealed elevated serum troponin and creatine kinase levels.
- Electrocardiography showed massive anterior myocardial infarction.
- Echocardiography revealed anterior wall hypokinesia, but ventricular hypertrophy was not found.
- The coronary angiogram was considered normal.
- ECG-gated contrast-enhanced CT was performed.
