1. Patient Presentation
- A 66-year-old female (pacemaker wearer) was found unconscious at home in the morning (onset time of symptoms unspecified) and arrived at the Emergency Department at 1 p.m.
- Neurological examination revealed left hemiparesis; NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) score: 16-18.
- Plain CT was acquired.
