    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 21 year-old female patient with known congenital heart disease was admitted to the cardiology outpatient service due to shortening of breath and reduced physical ability.
    • The patient had been previously under the care of a pediatric hospital in another country, and the only information about her medical history was that no surgical correction had been performed.
    • To obtain an overview of her anatomical situation and acquire the basic information needed to plan a possible treatment, cardiac CT was performed (Figure 1).
