    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 12-year-old girl presented with a lump in the left parietal region.
    • On physical inspection, there was pain, swelling and tenderness around the lesion.
    • Laboratory tests were normal.
    • No other lumps were identified on physical exploration.
    • Head CT was performed to further evaluate the lesion.
