    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 55-year-old man with a smoking habit reported cough and progressive shortness of breath.
    • Pulmonary function tests indicated restricted lung function.
    • High-dose oral prednisolone was ineffective in relieving symptoms.
    • High-resolution CT of the chest was performed to investigate further.
