    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 64-year-old woman without a medical history presented with shortness of breath.
    • At echocardiography, an enlarged right ventricle with tricuspid insufficiency was detected, but
      the cardiac anatomy was “unclear”.

    • Contrast-enhanced cardiac CT was performed to evaluate the cardiac anatomy.
