    • A 56-year-old man presented with progressive severe dyspnea (NYHA class 3).
    • Echocardiography showed pulmonary hypertension and an enlarged right ventricle.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT was performed to evaluate the pulmonary arteries and perfusion.
