1. Patient Presentation
- A 52-year-old man presented with right upper quadrant pain and weight loss over the preceding 3 weeks.
- Laboratory tests showed cytolysis and dissociated cholestasis. Neither choluria nor acholia was noted.
- Abdominal ultrasound revealed a large solid mass located on the right liver lobe.
- Contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen and pelvis was performed.
