    1. Patient presentation

    • A 35-year-old man with a personal history of appendicectomy and a family history of colorectal
      cancer (lifetime CRC risk, 12 %) presented with recurrent pain in the right iliac fossa.

    • Conventional colonoscopy was proposed but he categorically refused.
    • The patient was referred for CT colonography.
