    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 45-year-old woman presented with a reduced level of consciousness which had developed over a
      period of several days.

    • She had previously undergone bone marrow transplantation for acute myeloid leukemia and now is
      immunosuppressed.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the brain was performed.
