    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 27-year-old man presented with an 8-month history of right flank pain and recurrent episodes of macroscopic hematuria.
    • Abdominal ultrasonography suggested an aneurysm of one of the prehilar branches of the right renal artery.
    • Contrast-enhanced MDCT was performed in order to confirm the diagnosis and plan treatment.
