1. Patient Presentation
- A 44-year-old man reported having recurrent episodes of dyspnea and cough for 2-3 months.
- He had no similar episodes of respiratory problems in the past.
- Chest radiography did not demonstrate any parenchymal or pleural lesion.
- Unenhanced and contrast-enhanced CT of the chest was performed.
