    • A 44-year-old man reported having recurrent episodes of dyspnea and cough for 2-3 months.
    • He had no similar episodes of respiratory problems in the past.
    • Chest radiography did not demonstrate any parenchymal or pleural lesion.
    • Unenhanced and contrast-enhanced CT of the chest was performed.
