1. Patient Presentation
- A 50-year-old man presented with rectal bleeding.
- He reported having constipation and weight loss, starting some months before.
- His past medical history included a surgical intervention for cryptorchidism as a child.
- He had never previously undergone a colonic examination, having refused conventional
colonoscopy. - CT colonography was performed for further evaluation.
