    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 50-year-old man presented with rectal bleeding.
    • He reported having constipation and weight loss, starting some months before.
    • His past medical history included a surgical intervention for cryptorchidism as a child.
    • He had never previously undergone a colonic examination, having refused conventional
      colonoscopy.

    • CT colonography was performed for further evaluation.
