    1. Patient presentation

    • A 21-year-old woman presented with a pulsatile neck mass.
    • She reported that the mass had been slowly expanding over the past year.
    • Ultrasonography demonstrated a large laterocervical lesion. Laboratory test results were unremarkable.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT of the neck was performed to characterize the mass and to plan resection.
