    1. Patient presentation

    • A 40-year-old woman was admitted for progressive shortness of breath.
    • Two weeks later, he was admitted for enlargement of the leg at the level of the calf.
    • Ultrasonography of the heart disclosed enlarged right cavities associated with severe tricuspid
      valve regurgitation.

    • Contrast-enhanced cardiac computed tomography was performed for further evaluation before
      surgery.
