1. Patient presentation
- A 40-year-old woman was admitted for progressive shortness of breath.
- Two weeks later, he was admitted for enlargement of the leg at the level of the calf.
- Ultrasonography of the heart disclosed enlarged right cavities associated with severe tricuspid
valve regurgitation. - Contrast-enhanced cardiac computed tomography was performed for further evaluation before
surgery.
