    • A 56-year-old woman was admitted for progressive shortness of breath.
    • Doppler ultrasonography of the heart disclosed abnormal cardiac motion, but the acoustic window
      was poor.

    • Contrast-enhanced cardiac computed tomography was performed for further evaluation.
