    • A 16-year-old young man presented with progressive dyspnea.
    • Color-coded Doppler echocardiography demonstrated an enlarged right ventricle. The right
      pulmonary veins were not detectable.
    • ECG-gated contrast-enhanced CT was performed for further evaluation
