    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 3-month-old boy presented with a pre-sternal murmur.
    • At echocardiography, aortic coarctation was suspected, but the aortic arch could not be seen.
    • Clinically, both radial pulses were present.
    • Contrast-enhanced CT was performed to obtain additional anatomical information.
