1. Patient presentation
- A baby girl was born in gestational week 27 with tetralogy of Fallot. At age 8 months, a
conduit was placed from the brachiocephalic trunk to the pulmonary artery. - At age 3 years, surgical correction was attempted. During placement of a cardiac catheter, a
coronary anomaly was suspected. - Cardiac CT was performed to visualize the coronary arteries and to rule out or confirm an
aberrant vessel which would present an obstacle for surgery.
