    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 70-year-old man developed fever and left abdominal pain on day 5 after surgery for colon cancer.
    • Laboratory tests showed C-reactive protein > 400 mg/L.
    • Contrast-enhanced abdominal and pelvic CT with rectal contrast enema was performed to rule out anastomotic leakage.
