    • A 32-year-old woman presented with fever and chest pain.
    • Her recent medical history included thoracic surgery one week earlier for resection of a thymoma.
    • Physical examination suggested an inflammation of the surgery scar.
    • Contrast-enhanced thoracic CT was performed for further evaluation.
