1. Patient Presentation
- A 73-year-old asymptomatic man, with a family history of colorectal cancer, underwent a fecal
occult blood test (FOBT) for screening. - The FOBT turned out to be positive so conventional colonoscopy was recommended.
- Since the patient refused to undergo colonoscopy, CT colonography was scheduled.
