    1. Patient Presentation

    • A 73-year-old asymptomatic man, with a family history of colorectal cancer, underwent a fecal
      occult blood test (FOBT) for screening.

    • The FOBT turned out to be positive so conventional colonoscopy was recommended.
    • Since the patient refused to undergo colonoscopy, CT colonography was scheduled.
